How LEGEND CLS Protects Your Confidentiality and Personal Data
At LEGEND CLS, we recognize that our clientele requires the highest echelon of confidentiality and data security. Whether you are traveling for confidential mergers & acquisitions, private estate retreats, or diplomatic summits, your travel itinerary, passenger manifests, and personal details are protected by military-grade encryption and strict internal protocols.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the essential information necessary to execute your luxury reservation: principal passenger name, contact phone, billing email, pickup/destination addresses, flight coordinates, and payment authorization tokens.
2. Non-Disclosure & Chauffeur Confidentiality
All chauffeurs, dispatch agents, and staff members are legally bound by comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). Conversations, phone calls, and documents observed inside our passenger compartments remain strictly confidential and privileged.
3. Payment Security
All online payment transactions are processed directly through PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant gateway partners (Stripe and Square). LEGEND CLS never stores or caches complete credit card numbers on local web servers.
4. Data Retention & Erasure
Upon written request to privacy@legendcls.com, clients may request permanent purging of historical trip logs and account records, subject only to statutory tax and legal requirements.
